Katie Blair, 23, from Elderslie, got a place as an Invest in Renfrewshire intern at Linstone Housing Association in Linwood, helping to let houses to new tenants.
After her six-month post was up, Katie was able to secure a permanent job as a housing assistant with
Partick Housing Association.
She said: “I’m sure that getting my new job was down to the skills I gained through the internship at Linstone.
“When it came to my interview I had so much to say, based on the real experience I got during my time there.”
